Transforming the Farmer to Consumer Supply Chain

   Project Overview

A key objective of this project is to develop strong CSC supply chains and marketing channels linking farmers to consumers. The project strives to create supply chains with the highest quality and strongest traceability characteristics to optimize market potential. 

​

Carbon A List is seeking Offerors for the sourcing, traceability, processing, and marketing of CSCs. Successful proposals will demonstrate a strong farmer supply network, processing capacity, commitment to processing innovation, adherence to quality standards, traceability capabilities, and marketing experience.

What Happens After Proposals are Submitted? 

Evaluation Process

 

Carbon A List will consider a mix of quantitative and qualitative criteria in determining whether to select a proposal for contract negotiations. Proposals will be evaluated using the following review criteria.

Contracting 

Selected Offerors will enter negotiation and contracting, scope of work and pertinent contract terms. The Service Agreement Template is available through request by emailing proposals@transformf2c.com. This template is the required form of agreement for Selected Offerors. Project specifics will be agreed up during the negotiation phase.
